Order Process
Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for a smooth and efficient ordering experience with Ceil Factory.
Browse & Contact
Search for your desired products on our website. Contact our sales staff via WhatsApp (+84 79 203 3251) or our B2B Portal. Always detail your order: Theme, Shape, Size, Quantity, and Included Accessories.
Make Invoice
Our professional sales team will verify your requirements regarding types, description, and quantity, then send you the official order confirmation along with the detailed invoice.
Confirm & Deposit
Review the invoice carefully. Once confirmed, you can make the full payment or pay a deposit (via Agent, Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.) to start the production process.
Production Process
To assure the highest quality and freshness, our press-on nails are 100% handmade to order. Standard production time takes 7-14 days depending on the volume of your wholesale order.
Quality Check (QC)
Our factory will update your production status. We will make a video call or send detailed photos for you to check the quantity and quality. We ONLY ship when you are satisfied.
Pay Balance & Shipping
Once you approve the final products, pay the remaining balance (if any). Your order will be packed properly and dispatched via trusted logistics providers (UPS, DHL, FedEx).
Pricing & Currency Conversion
All prices quoted on our website and invoices are in US Dollars (USD).
Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer, and also specific regional agents. To be specific, please refer to the detailed payment methods applied for customers from different countries below.

Nigeria
You can choose from popular agents. If you haven't chosen one, our sales staff will help you find a reliable agent.
This method is rarely used and not encouraged, as transferring money in USD in Nigeria is usually difficult and complicated.
Ghana & Cameroon
You can choose to use our intermediary agent or pay directly in Ghana Cedi.
You can make payment on your mobile phone app or at the bank. Processing time needed is about 2-3 days.
Other Countries
Time needed is 2-4 days. This method is highly reasonable and secure.
Payment via app or WU Office (2-3 hours).

Similar processing to standard bank transfers.
International Transaction Fee
Ceil Nails is a Vietnamese operated company based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with shipping facilities worldwide. If you are ordering outside of Vietnam, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1 - $10.
Please note: This fee is not charged by Ceil, as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin.
