Shipping & Delivery
Buying premium press-on nails from Ceil Factory, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods that best suit your convenience and location. Our goal is to ensure your wholesale orders arrive safely and on time.
Policy Overview
Depending on your region, there are two main ways for you to receive your goods:
- Shipping through Agents (Cargo): Recommended for customers in African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, etc.). We understand that foreign transactions and direct shipping can sometimes be difficult in these regions, so using intermediary agents is a highly effective solution.
- Shipping through International Units: Applied for customers all over the world (US, EU, Asia, etc.) using trusted providers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Shipping through Agents
There are many agents available to choose from, whether you are in Nigeria, Cameroon, or Ghana (e.g., Gabriel agent, specific Cargo to Ghana, or your own trusted agent in Vietnam).
- You choose the agent: Send us the agent's address, and we will deliver the goods to them at a normal domestic cost.
- You agree with our chosen agent: We work with the agent, and they will send you WhatsApp messages to confirm delivery times.
Nigerian Agents
- Departure: Every Wednesday or Saturday
- Time of delivery: About 5-7 days
- Delivery cost: ~$11.5/kg
You provide the address, and we help deliver the nail sets to them securely.
Ghana & Cameroon Agents
- Shipping agents in Vietnam deliver goods to Ghana by Cargo everyday.
- Time of delivery: About 7-10 days.
- Advantage: Highly optimized and low cost.
Shipping through International Units
You can choose a suitable unit for your region. We will work with the unit to send the nail sets and provide you with the tracking information. The 3 most popular shipping units are FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
FedEx
Time: 5-7 days
Cost: Reasonable. Calculated according to FedEx's rate tariff (includes package cost).
FedEx will not take charge of arising problems (lost goods, mistaken goods) during delivery.
UPS
Time: 3-5 days (Faster)
Cost: Higher cost than FedEx.
UPS will take charge of all arising problems in the delivery process.
DHL
Time: 5-7 days
Cost: The most costly method.
Coverage: Delivers to all regions worldwide, including rural areas.
DHL is highly responsible for any arising problems during delivery.
In Conclusion
Shipping using Agents is mostly recommended for customers from African countries to ensure a smooth, low-cost, and safe delivery. Meanwhile, global customers can easily choose an international shipping unit like FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Each method has its own pros and cons, so you can choose the one that best fits your business conveniences and timeline.
